Weather Conditions

Tuckahoe Scenic Cruises will operate rain or shine so long as wind or lightning do not create unsafe conditions. We take great pride in the sunsets that can be observed on either the Eastern or Western Adventure, but can make no guarantee that clouds may prevent them from being seen on a given tour.

Refund Policy - 48 hour notice

Cruises may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund with 48 hours notice. Once inside of 48 hours, customers may cancel at no charge minus the deposit on the trip.

Captain Cancellation

If the Captain needs to cancel a trip due to dangerous weather or mechanical issues, customers can choose to reschedule or full refund.
